At first you need to setup email forwarding for your domain to your email, you can follow one of our guides about how to setup forwarding for different domain registrar: https://www.eforw.com/guides/
After that, you can setup ‘Send as’ feature in gmail and select email’s sender before sending an email. Steps to setup:
1. Setup email forwarding by following our guides https://www.eforw.com/guides/
2. Turn on 2 two-factor authentication in your gmail account:
Go to https://www.google.com/landing/2step/ and click “Turn on 2-step verification” and follow the instructions.
3. Create an app password to connect the email address into gmail:
Open https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords and create an new “Mail” app. Choose “Mail” in Application and “Other” in device.
After that in text prompt enter an email address from which one you would like to send emails, like admin@mydomain.com.
Save autogenerated password, it will be necessary for the next step.
4. Import your email into gmail account:
Go to Gmail → Settings → Accounts and Import. Then, select “Add another email address you own” under Aliases.
Fill in your sender’s information. Set your forwarded email (your alias) and your sender’s name. Untick “treat as an alias”.
Then fill in your email informations. SMTP is smtp.gmail.com, port is right already. Username is your gmail address (incl. @gmail.com).
Password is the password you generated on Step 2.
Leave TLS enabled as is.
You will receive an email from GMail asking you to confirm ownership with a code. Fill in the code in the popup modal, and you are all set!
5. Send emails from your alias.
Now you can just select your alias in the list when you compose a new message.
